We made a quick trip to Texas just after the New Year because Jim and I had tickets to the Cotton Bowl! As it happens, Grnadbob and Grandlau live not too far from Texas Stadium and were willing to watch the boys for us. ;) Thank you God for Grandparents. Amen.
Their house is just a short walk from a nice park, and after a long drive there is nothing better than some time to run around! First things first, a boy must summit a rock wall.
(He did really well climbing the wall and totally made it to the top...several times!) Noel tried out a park swing for the first time!
It took stuffing a few jackets behind him, but he seemed to enjoy the ride!
Ben has always loved the swings!
And I have always loved my crazy Ben boy.
Darling Noel had so much fun at the park, that when we got back to the house, we tried him on the porch swing. My little trooper knew just what to do.
Makes my heart smile.
